1.PVB Vertical Bead Mill is composed of the frame, bearing seat, cylinder, feed pump, disc,main motor, main shaft, dispersion shaft, coupler, electric cabinet and control box.
2.Our vertical sand mill has two types：FK open style and FB close type
3.Feed style: gear pump and diaphragm pump
4.The cylinder material has three options which are stainless steel, polyurethane, carbon steel and special material.
5.Merits of the polyurethane sand mill：Applicable to water-based material. Demerits：Can not produce solvent-based material, bad heat emission and be easily oxidized.
6.The working principle of vertical bead mill is as follows: ：The feed pump sends pre-dispersed and wetted liquid-solid materials to the cylinder from the cylinder bottom. The material and grinding medium are agitated by high speed rotating disc which produces the strong shear effect on solid particles and grinding medium to grind the particles thinner and disperse congeries. The liquid-solid suspension liquid after ground and dispersed flows out through the separator (top sieve—dynamic separation structure）on the top of the cylinder.
