Our PRM ribbon mixer is mainly combined with a mixing barrel, agitator, driven unit. Untwist double ribbons are swirled with the main shaft in the U shape barrel. The outer ribbon pushes the material from the two ends to the center, inner ribbon pushes the material from the center to the two ends. Thus to achieve material convention.
The discharging port of the PRM ribbon mixer is set in the bottom center, with the help of the outer ribbon, the material can be discharged completely, and no dead zone.

Product Features：

The PRM ribbon mixer comprises of U-shape container, transmission parts and spiral belt agitating blades which usually have double or triple layers with outside screw gathering the material from sides to center and inside screw transmitting the material from center to sides to form convection mix. Ribbon mixer has a good result in the mix of viscosity or cohesion powder and of putting liquid and mash material into the powder. The cylinder cover can be fully open so as to clean and change the device.
Material of Ribbon Mizer can be carbon steel, manganese steel, ss304, 316L and 321; besides, different material can also be used in combination.
