IDS is a kind of high-efficiency in-line dispersion system,the disperser is installed on the pipeline.When the liquid passes through the disperser at high speed,the internal strong pressure is generated,and the powder is sucked into the disperser without loss,and no dust-flying.In the disperser,the powder and the liquid are strongly increased in specific surface area,instantaneously wetted and dispersed,and the dispersed and mixed slurry is pumped out of the disperser.
Characteristic:
1、It has a new process of online wetting and dispersion.
2、When the powder comes into contact with the liquid (before high shear dispersion), the powder is wetted.
3、The liquid flow inside the IDS machine generates suction, and the powder is quickly sucked into the machine through pipes, which can greatly reduce the diffusion of the powder into the air and have an impact on workers and the environment.
4、The dispersed and mixed slurry is pumped out of the disperser.
5、Mixing, dispersion, emulsification, and dust-free can be completely achieved in one machine.
6、The shear density will be much higher than traditional one since multi stages and multi slots with working head,temperature can also be controlled according to customer requirements.
